- This
is Shirley. I met Shirley at my old job around Halloween,
1985. I was known for putting on a mask at Halloween in
the office. Shirley demanded I go one step further and
complete the disguise by putting on a pair of pants she
had. The pants were her now famous "Star and
Moon" pants. I think all the other planets of the
solar system were on there too. I refused, only because I
couldn't fit into them. Another time for my birthday, she
sat me down, covered my suit with a sheet, and threw a
pie in my face, remembering my description of the old
Soupy Sales TV show.
- Shirley
has a heart of gold. She genuinely cares about other
people, and is always trying to help everyone out. She
also rescues stray animals, which explains why there are
a zillion cats in her house, and two in
mine. Shirley is my personal shopper; without
her, I'd probably be wearing pink and purple suits to
work, and my apartment would probably have orange and
blue walls. Being a social misfit myself, I rely on
Shirley to generally guide me through life.
I greatly appreciate the countless favors she has
done me in the last decade, and I hope that in some way I
can repay her.
These are Shirley's children.
- On the left is Amanda.
She's beautiful and she's TALL. In a few
years or so, I want her as my doubles partner in beach
volleyball. I'll be playing defense, and SHE'LL do the
blocking, since she'll undoubtedly be 6'3'' or so. Also
she'll be a model. Gabrielle Reece, MOVE OVER, here comes
Amanda!!! (Note in 2010: Amanda didn't become 6'3". She "only" achieved a 6'1" height :)).
- The other little girl
is Rebecca. As you can see, Rebecca is very young, so the
scouting report is incomplete on her. However, I think
she's going to be a comedienne, since she's always
laughing.
Since I first created this web page, back in 1997 or so, there's been a new addition. To left is Katie. Katie is a very cheerful and
bright young lady. She achieves top grades in school and is a delight to be with. Her future is a very bright one. Good luck Katie.
