Marine Park Volleyball Association (MPVA) is a loose organization of
volleyball players who play every warm-weather Sunday in Marine Park in
Brooklyn. We play 2's, 3's, and 4's. We accomodate everyone's wishes as to
which type of game s/he wants to play. We have the reputation of having 'the friendliest game in town' (our motto), especially when compared with our hated rivals in Prospect Park. We welcome all players of B-level and above.
A tongue-in-cheek newletter is published bi-weekly in the summer, packed with lies and gossip, and keeping members informed of MPVA events, and other outside volleyball events.
